Regular and precise tests are crucial for the delivery of high quality products. For this reason we rely on stringent quality management as well as strict quality controls. The quality assurance and control measures that we practice are based on internationally established concepts.

Sustainable controls

Our safety tests include chemical-analytical examinations such as the measurement of the melt flow index (MFI/MFR) or infrared spectroscopy (IR spectroscopy). Functional measurements such as release forces, tractive and compression forces, hydrostatic tests, dosages and vacuum tests are part of our quality control system. We do all of this in house in order to guarantee the optimal security of your products.
